Don’t miss this one! Our guest speaker is Bob Owens, a local resident who, with Scott Null, has written a history of the St. Joseph River, from head waters to Lake Michigan. He authored this history for the Friends of the St. Joseph River , and it is a fascinating work of research. Mr. Owens will join us at our general membership meeting on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 to share his insights and to answer questions. Bring a friend!
The meeting will be at the Varsity Club, 3800 N. Main St., Mishawaka. A cash bar will be available at 1830, followed by dinner at 1900. The cost of the meal is $15. Meetings are open to the public and guests are welcome, but RSVPs for members and visitors are a must! Please RSVP by noon on the Friday before the meeting.
