Program:Potluck Dinner and Conservatory Tour
This month we leave our normal port of call at the Varsity Club and journey to one of the area's premier sights - the Botanical Conservatory. Built in 1920, the Conservatory and greenhouses now are home to exibits of tropicals, flowering plants, and a desert environment.
Bring your own table service and drinks, and a dish to share for our potluck supper at 1830. After our meal, you'll be free to tour the Conservatory and enjoy the landscaping environments.
Parking will be available on the street or in the parking lot of the River Park Library right across the street from the entrance. (If you park in the other parking lot in the back of the Conservatory, you will have to walk all the way around to the entrance.)
This is our last meeting before the summer boating season begins! No meetings in June, July, or August, but plenty of summer activities!
